ENSMOV Plus will directly support public authorities and key stakeholders in 12 Member States (Austria, Croatia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovenia) represented by its consortium in implementing the Article 7 EED requirements.
The activities and resources developed by ENSMOV Plus covers the whole policy cycle: design & implementation, monitoring & verification, and evaluation. The project will deal with both, short-term concrete issues and longer-term strategic approaches, to improving the effectiveness of energy efficiency policies.
Under the Energy Efficiency Directive (2012/27/EU, 2018/2002), all EU countries are required to use energy more efficiently at all stages of the energy chain, including energy generation, transmission, distribution and end-use consumption.
