As can be seen from Member States’ reports, since the EED is in force, measures in the transport sector are a weak spot in the delivery of the cumulative energy the energy savings for obligation set in the EU Energy Efficiency Directive (former Article 7, now Article 8).
This webinar is targeted at implementing authorities as well as organisations in charge of monitoring and reporting measures and energy savings in relation to the EED and will tackle the following issues:
- What transport measures have been reported in the past?
- What can be learned from these examples in terms of design as well as in terms on monitoring and reporting?
- What additional measures can be identified?
A focus will be put on measures targeting the increased share of electric vehicles.
