Article 8 (previously Article 7) of the Energy Efficiency Directive (EED) requires Member States to achieve a minimum amount of cumulative energy savings over an obligation period (currently 2021-2030). To do so, they can implement an Energy Efficiency Obligation Scheme (EEOS) or Alternative Measures.
Every country and stakeholder can learn from what has happened in other countries, provided that experience is analysed and discussed..
ENSMOV Plus’ knowledge exchange programme aimed to build capacities and facilitate experience and knowledge sharing among different stakeholder groups that are involved in the implementation of Art.8 EED, including public authorities and agencies, energy companies, and other key stakeholders.
ENSMOV Plus has organised overall:
| 16 European workshops gathering 915 participants | 50 national activities gathering 2662 participants | And further ad-hoc bilateral or small-group exchanges |
This report summarizes the activities organised during the project and their outputs. It provides first an overview of the activities organised, and then a short summary about each of them, starting with the European activities and concluding with the national activities.
