Transport – untapped potential or too difficult to handle?

ENSMOV Plus‘ latest webinar tackled the topic of transport in the Article 8 of the EED, As can be seen from Member States’ reports, since the EED is in force, measures in the transport sector are a weak spot in the delivery of the cumulative energy the energy savings for obligation set in the EU Energy Efficiency Directive (former Article 7, now Article 8). This webinar targeted authorities as well as organisations in charge of monitoring and reporting measures and energy savings in relation to the EED and tackled the following issues:

  • What additional measures can be identified?
  • What transport measures have been reported in the past?
  • What can be learned from these examples in terms of design as well as in terms on monitoring and reporting?
